One of the best thing about the hotel is its professional staff, their great attitude, attention and help. Each person was polite, kind, helpful and smiling. Our 6 years old daughter enjoyed communication. She got so many presents and now wants to come back ASAP) The hotel has good location, it’s close to the nice beach and necessary shops, cafes. We had breakfast&dinner option. There were a good choice of ingredients and dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. Chefs were always helpful and polite with choice. Room cleaning was good, fast and on time. Many thanks for your hospitality and attitude.

This hotel was amazing wonderful gardens wonderful food great choice for all meals the gardens are magnificent the spa area is just what you need we will be going back so enjoyed it evening entertainment very good food fantastic lovely cold pool to relax in made fantastic friends there we found it this hotel thru booking ,com thank u so much best holiday in many years get a taxi to port andrax and have lunch by the sea can not wait to go back we are going back loved every minute the management of this hotel is beyond what we have experienced on other holidays thank u so much all the staff were wonderful and could not do enough for us thank you john and cath north wales gb

Location: in a quiet side street, 2 minutes from the beach and the sea. About 3 minutes from the bus station. Hotel: very clean, the staff was very helpful, the service at breakfast and dinner was amazing..👍. Rooms with a balcony, a bed with a firmer mattress (I like that), an extra bed for a child as a full-sized bed (this is a big plus for a junior child)I definitely recommend this hotel. We were very satisfied.❤️👍

The location is fantastic. A short walk to the beach and to the restaurants. The room was very comfortable and good-sized, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was exceptional. This hotel is absolutely highly recommended! 👌

The breakfast buffet was amazing and really fresh! The pool facilities were lovely and the spa was nice too on a rainy day. A special shoutout to our cleaner Paty, who was so friendly and lovely everyday and always cleaned our room and provided fresh towels everyday. The location was fantastic, right next to the lovely beach, nice restaurants and shops.

Hotel well located in Paguera - few minutes walk to the beach! They have a nice pool, breakfast is varied and they have lots of transats/chairs to relax outside and have a drink. Plenty choices of restaurants in walking distance

The breakfast provided multiple variants, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was spotless clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. For us it was the second vacation spent at Nilo, we returned because everything is great! They also have a very nice spa, with saunas (dry/wet), internal pool and massage provided by professionals. We love it and we will definitely return in the future!

Huge choice of options at breakfast, Waitress service by the pool. Reception staff very helpful. Loved the location, very quiet. Close to beach, and restaurants.

A shout out firstly to the staff, they were great and so friendly. Each of them couldn't do enough to help us enjoy our stay. Great amenities, pool & spa, plus the food selection was top drawer. Then the beach with it lovely promenade was just a min away.
